How to order
Ordering our envelopes couldn’t be easier! We have a very simple 4 step process as follows:
01.
Quotation
Contact us with the number of envelope sets that you need, the number range and the number of funds (Weekly/Monthly/Annual) that you need.
02.
Order Form
Once you tell us that you want to proceed we will send you an Order Form – this captures all of the details that we will need to produce your order. Our Customer Services Team are available to help guide you through it and answer any questions you might have.
03.
Order Profile
We then take all of the details on your Order Form and meticulously prepare your order.
To ensure that we produce your order exactly to your requirements we will send you an Order Profile to approve.
04.
Delivery
We will despatch your order once completed and checked unless you have specified a date that you don’t want it delivered before.
Your order will be delivered in strong tri-wall cartons with 100 envelope sets per carton.
Please note that you will only be invoiced when we despatch your order

Larger Envelope
Our envelope is a great size at 74 x 113mm with a full-length peel ‘n seal top flap – no more folding and folding and folding of bank notes!!
Better Visibility
The window on the front of our box is large at 50 x 50mm which is larger enough to see almost all of the printed text on the front envelope.
